Don’t mean a thing if you ain’t got swing
When I get my new camera, I am going to take so much street photography that I will have photos coming out of my ears.
This photo’s mood is perfect. The wall is perfect. The femme’s stride is perfect. The title is perfect.
Of note, the photo’s title is the same as a popular song originally written and performed by jazz composer Duke Ellington – “It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing)” (iTMS).
It’s a classic that is covered more often than not by an innumerable quantity of musicians.
