We live on the West Side off Meridian and it didn't affect us in the slightest. My mom was telling me about how the parking lot where Shopko used to be on E. State was flooded and I still can't believe it. I get my hair cut in that shopping center and I can't imagine it being flooded with water. I still find it hard to believe that it happened here.
