Why can’t I live east?
Alex Hung wrote about, thus brought to my
attention, this rather interesting new iPodding craze: iPod jacking.
Essentially, these are
the steps of an iPod jacking (it sounds so criminal when phrased as such):
- Approach the iPod user
- Unplug your earbuds
- Attract their attention to the headphone jack of the iPod
- The iPod user inserts the jack of their earbuds into the jack on your iPod, while reciprocating steps two and three for you
- Jam to the music currently playing on the iPod

This rinkydink town, I’m the only one I know who has an iPod.
No, several of my customers have iPods. Correction: I’m the only one
that I’ve seen actually use an iPod in public in my town.
How rock
would it be to be able to see and share the mirth with other Apple advocates, in
the flesh!
